Order Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order before the product is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. To request cancellation, customers should contact our support team as soon as possible with their order number and registered email address.
If the cancellation request is approved before shipping, a full refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Return Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 7–14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. These may include:
- Virtual / Online Therapy of any cases.
- Herbal Medicine, Food Items
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in the customer’s account.
- Shipping fees and transaction fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
Exchange Policy
If a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, they may request an exchange. Customers should report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Description of the issue
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement product.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was sent
- The product arrived damaged
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
Order Tracking
After an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor delivery status.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns or cancellations if fraudulent activity, abuse of the return policy, or suspicious transactions are detected.
